Over 45 years ago, Don Jesús Martinez and Doña Luz Bravo did not just plant coffee in the soil; they planted their dreams, their hopes, and their very lives. Don Jesús, a man passionate about coffee, watched his love for the bean grow, much like the plants he tenderly cared for—slowly but steadfastly. Every sprout, every branch on his farm is a part of him, a reflection of his own dedication. The devotion and love he pours into every step of the process are translated into the flavour and aroma we now delight in with every cup. MAJAGUA is more than just coffee: MAJAGUA is history, dreams, wonder, and hopes.
Our origin
Nestled in the heart of the Colombian Andes, where the earth kisses the sky at 2.000 metres above sea level, lies Concordia, Antioquia – a land of lush greenery and eternal spring. Here, amidst the misty mountains and fertile soils, the coffee plants of Majagual thrive, caressed by the gentle breeze and bathed in the golden light of the sun. This is a place where time seems to stand still, where every bean carries within it ghe essence of the Andes: pure, vibrant, and full of life. Concordia is the soul of MAJAGUA, a testament of the harmony between nature and craftsmanship.
